Incoming Transfer Students With MNTC Package Completion, A.A. or Bachelors Degree
MNTC: The Minnesota Transfer Curriculum (MNTC) completed at an institutionally accredited institution prior to enrollment in online undergraduate programs fulfills many general education requirements. Students whose complete MNTC packages are accepted in transfer need to complete only the following courses to fulfill their general education requirements:
- Bethel Distinctives courses.
- An Academic Research Writing (R category) course.
- An Ethics (H category) course. (not required for students pursuing Bethel A.A. or A.S. degree)
AA: An Associate of Arts degree (A.A.) earned at an institutionally accredited institution prior to enrollment in Bethel University fulfills many general education requirements needed to complete a Bachelor's degree. Students whose A.A. degrees are accepted in transfer from an institution other than Bethel University need to complete only the following courses to fulfill their general education requirements:
- Bethel Distinctives courses.
- An Academic Research Writing (R category) course.
- An Ethics (H category) course.
Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor’s degree earned at an institutionally accredited institution prior to enrollment in Bethel University fulfills many general education requirements. Post-Baccalaureate nursing students are exempt from completing any additional general education requirements at Bethel. Students whose bachelor’s degrees are accepted in transfer from an institution other than Bethel University must complete only the following courses to fulfill their general education requirements:
- Bethel Distinctives courses.
- An Ethics (H category) course.
